It’s no secret that I’m a wedding photographer. I love shooting weddings and being there on the best day of someone’s life. I love documenting my amazing couple’s love stories and filling those photos with every ounce of emotion that happens on their wedding day. But love stories don’t end when the wedding is over. They keep going. And growing. And they get bigger and stronger and that amazing day turns into an amazing life that deserves to be documented. So when my past couples reach out to me to photograph all the exciting moments in their lives it makes me giddy. I honestly love getting to go along on their journey with them because it’s no secret that I work with the most amazing couples. And getting to do it over and over again is one perk I am very grateful for.
Like Hillary and Casey. They are incredible and a few months ago I drove out to Iowa to their beautiful new house for a maternity session. Casey built this house with his dad and every single inch is gorgeous. I may or may not be contemplating how to move in next door. From their engagement session to now…it’s amazing to see their life unfold. And I am so lucky to get to document it!
